With M5 Clamp - M5 clamp can perfectly replace the M1 and M2 clamps. Some keys are easier to hold with the M5 clamp than with the M1 or M2 clamp. For cars like the new Honda Civic, if you use the M1 and M2j clamps, you may not be able to cut at the root, but the M5 clamp can. Because the place where the M1 clamp fixes the embryo is blocked a little (The key embryo is too short, but the teeth are too long, and the embryo cannot be fully extended).

M5 clamp supports 4 track external, 2 track external, 4 track internal, Channel track. M5 clamp has two sides of A and B. Users can turn the clamp surface to cut according to cutting needs. There is no need to repeated install and uninstall to replace different clamps. It can also be used with special fixtures to cut special Ford Citroen keys. It supports the connection of photo-taking, tooth-reading and optical imaging equipment. Non-conductor keys (plastic keys) can be cut.

Warranty:

Xhorse warranties non-wear parts for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original owner. Warranty covers internal parts of the machine like the motor, motherboards etc. The warranty does not cover tablets, display, screens, cutters, decoders, key clamps or accessories. External parts and accessories are not covered by warranty

Return Policy

At Keyless City, we want to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Customers are responsible for return handling and shipping fee. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@keyless-city.com with your order number and reason for return.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging products. 

Return exceptions:

3. Software, tokens, digital activations.
