Messenger presents the user with a versatile choice between conventional electric or battery power sources, enabling its application across a wide spectrum of work scenarios. Its operation is exclusively managed through the Keyline KDT App, accessible on any Android tablet or smartphone. This revamped app showcases numerous novel features and an updated interface that not only simplifies Messenger's utilization but also provides users with an extensive repository of residential and door key information.

The machine's hardware and software, meticulously crafted by Keyline's R&D Team, synergize to enhance both functionality and portability. By orchestrating machine control via the KDT App and offering the option of a rechargeable battery power supply, transportation becomes effortless, eliminating the necessity of dealing with cumbersome cables. Moreover, with the ability to draw power from traditional electric sources, the machine remains operational within a workshop setting.

Incorporated with the machine are two novel clamps. The Q clamp, tailored for laser and dimple keys, facilitates cutting for a wide array of laser keys. Meanwhile, the N clamp, designed for edge-cut automotive keys, empowers users to achieve symmetrical cuts on both sides without the need for key repositioning.

The Q clamp, for laser and dimple keys, is an innovation in the cutting of keys. With one unique clamp you can cut the main range of door keys.

The N clamp, for edge cut automotive keys, cuts symmetrically on both sides without the need to turn the key.

International shipping: At the moment, we only ship within the United States.

Return Policy

At Keyless City, we want to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Customers are responsible for return handling and shipping fee. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@keyless-city.com with your order number and reason for return.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging products. 

Return exceptions:

1. Final sale items (holiday items).
2. Brand new OEM keys (unless specified).
3. Software, tokens, digital activations.
4. Programmers & key cutting machines (unless specified).
5. Special orders (price match orders).
